ABB Limited who specialise in process instrumentation and control, analytical products and systems and industry-specific automation solutions have installed a WinTA time and attendance system at the factory in St Neots. ABB wanted a established local company to install a Time and Attendance and Access control system.

For more than 100 years Tetley have been producing the nations tea and today manufacture tea which is exported all over the world. The main UK manufacturing site, based in Eaglescliffe, Co Durham, employs around 600 personnel.

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue needed a simple “non computerised” access control system for their new command centre in Derby, but at the same time they wanted it to use the latest technology. After reviewing several different types of system they chose the T2002 from Tensor. “The Tensor T2002 was the easiest-to-use system we came across.” said Steve Holt-Garner, Information Servce Manager for Derbyshire Fire & Rescue. “It’s fast, reliable and requires no PC’s to run it, and very little maintenance.”
