Time and Attendance
The Tensor.NET Integration Module (plugin) enables schools and other organisations in the educational sector to link Tensor's Time and Attendance and Access Control systems with SIMS, the management information system used in over 21,000 schools in 49 countries.
The plugin allows student and staff attendance to be managed via individual smartcards, which can be used with clocking and access control equipment. This adds a layer of security in monitoring pupil attendance, staff timesheets, and restricting access across different areas around the school.

Use smartcards to integrate student/staff records and access rights, allowing for in-depth management of where staff and students can access, and when they are permitted to do so.
All Tensor Smartcards are designed to be the size of a standard credit card, and RF Technology allows cards to be read whilst it is inside a wallet/purse or bag.
Smartcards each have a unique ID number which cannot be duplicated and has built-in security and integrity checks ensuring that it cannot be misread, making it very secure.
