At the beginning of 2020 during the first announcements of Covid-19 in the UK, Sadie Richardson, the IT Manager at Cambridge Vacuum Engineering, led a project to install a Time and Attendance System to better manage staff working hours, as well as an Access Control System to enhance site security.

With over 500 personnel working across 3 sites, from St Albans, which is their Head Office, to Nottingham and Glasgow. XMA tasked their Network & Infrastructure Manager, Rikki Auluk, to improve and tighten their security measures across all three sites. XMA had already installed a Tensor Access Control System at the St Albans site over 10 years ago, so Mr. Auluk wanted to extend this across all sites.

Master Builders Solutions UK manufactures concrete additives for infrastructure works and ready-mixed concrete plants across the UK and Ireland. Master Builders Solutions employs over 100 people across its three UK sites at Swinton, Redditch and Rochester.

Little Amber Fish is a global wholesale distributor of a range of media products, including Vinyl Records, CD’s and DVD’s. At the tail end of 2021, they decided to install an Access Control System and a Time and Attendance System to help manage the attendance of their staff they have on site.

Based in South Yorkshire with around 135 employees, Fosters Bakery were looking to reduce the number of different Time and Attendance and HR Systems they had in order to streamline the day-to-day running of the business.

Around 450 employees based at their site in Fakenham, Norfolk, with another 160 based at their site in Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds, Kinnerton installed Tensor’s Access Control and Time and Attendance systems across multiple sites some 10 years ago to help cope with staff management and have been using the system ever since.
