Employees can have different absence entitlements under human resources system

Some teachers have had to hand back holiday pay they were not entitled to receive. There had been a change in holiday payment arrangements and headteachers at all nine secondary and 64 primary schools affected in the Scottish Borders were emailed back in January with news of the changes.
